Primary Care Physician
The Evergreen Chateau Primary doctor visits the residents monthly for two (2) consecutive days to ensure that the well-being of the residents are met. This is the time when the residents’ condition and total program of care is evaluated including the medications and treatment. The Administrator will ensure that Physician’s orders are carried out properly.
